Get A-Head are really pleased to announce we are supporting the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charity Christmas Campaign this year and have provided a grant to allow the hospital to put up a giant Christmas Tree in The Cancer Centre and provide festive hampers for the staff and patients who are receiving treatment in the Cancer Centre on Christmas Eve.

80,000 patients will visit the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham over the festive period. From elderly care patients with few or no family members, to children receiving radiotherapy (a gruelling course of treatments five days a week for six weeks) over 1,000 patients face the prospect of spending Christmas Day in hospital.  Get A-Head, together with other charities, including Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer & TroopAid, and supporting companies have helped the hospital charity put up Christmas Trees and provide hampers for staff and patients who will be being treated in hospital at Christmas by sponsoring each of these trees.

We wish all our supporters a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year
